Lyrics:

Juugoya otsukisama hitoribochi
Sakura hubuki no hanakage ni
Hanayome sugata no oneesama
Kuruma ni yurarete yukimashita
Translation:

On the night of the full moon, alone
my sister was dressed as a bride.
She stood within cherry blossoms
falling like a snow storm. And she was
gone in a rickshaw, through the storm.
Juugoya otsukisama mitetadeshoo
Sakura hubuki no hanakage ni
Hanayome sugata no neesama to
Owakare oshinde nakimashita
On the night of the full moon, alone
you were watching as I cried in the storm
of cherry blossoms, falling like snow.
I spoke my last good byes to my sister,
a new bride.
Juugoya otsukisama hitoribochi
Sakura hubuki no hanakage ni
Tooi osato no oneesama
Watashi wa hitori ni narimashita

On the night of the full moon, alone
behind the cherry blossoms storm. She is
gone, and now far away to another
village. And I truly become
all alone.
